We're back in E17!

No,not in the BOY BAND but we're back to our old stomping ground: Walthamstow!
After a brief interlude we're back to our usual monthly crafty mischief. This is where it all began for us! Our new home is Ye Old Rose and Crown,off Hoe Street a hop and a skip from the TUBE. No excuses...we're on the Victoria Line and British Rail from Liverpool Street. That's a quick 15 minute train journey! Nothing by London standards.
So we got the WHERE and..."When?" you ask.
Every second Thursday of each month from 8pm to 11pm.
"How Much?" Of course we wouldn't dream of charging you entry. We want CRAFT to be for everyone: men,women and everything else ...as long as you have opposable thumbs we'll welcome you with open arms! There is a small charge per craft pack but you'll be taking something away that you've made and most importantly a SKILL you'll use time and time again!
However a few little changes... It's no longer "PUT THE NEEDLE ON THE RECORD" because we're not able to have DJs at the moment.
AWWWWW, I know we loved the pun too. The pub music is OK .Not too loud and in the background. BUT who knows, with time they might just let us!!!
Next NOVEMBER we'll be redoing our mini workshop and showing you how to harvest Tee shirt Yarn. A fab and inexpensive source of material which can be knitted or crocheted into a plethora of great things. Bring some unwanted tees - small weave with a little bit of stretch works best- and we'll show you how!
Remember that it's almost here.
CHRISTMAS....SHHHHHH, I know I think it's way too early to use the "C" word but...it does come around very quickly...you can come and make your own Chrimbo gifts or even buy a craft pack to give to a crafty mate which let's face it is even less work! We'll be happy to help you make and create. Also please feel free to bring any projects that have you in a loop and we'll try to help. All welcome.Knitting groups or individuals are most welcome. Come and enjoy the creative vibe, have a dram or two and chat to other like minded folk!
